My Wedding in Tuscany
Last June I said "I do" in one of the most romantic countries on Earth.
No, we don't have family there. No, we had never been there before. I get asked those two things all the time. So why did I chose to elope in Italy? I don't have a simple answer for that. I suppose to know that answer to that is to truly know me as an individual.
I love adventure of all kinds and none of my life choices have not been very traditional. To be honest, although the idea of love excited me, I never really imagined myself getting married. Funny isn't it, considering how many weddings Charmed takes part in each year. Of course someone came along and changed my mind. Then I thought about what it is we are really choosing to do together and the type of life we plan to lead. Is marriage not one big adventure? A journey into the unknown? You chose a person and direction and hope they were the right choices....and if not that you have the strength to keep moving forward, onto the next journey.
So now you know why I chose to travel for this ceremony. So why Italy? I will let the images answer that for you.
