Returns + Exchanges

Returns or exchanges of giftware must be made within 14 days at our Waterloo location.

If you are unsatisfied in any way with your flowers please let us know immediately. Quality complaints must be made within 5 days. We cannot help remedy quality issues days after your flowers have perished.  

Fresh flowers and plants are a final sale. Safety during transportation(if picked up) and care of plants is the customer’s responsibility.
