Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, an order from the store can be canceled for a refund(minus a 3.0% transaction fee) up to one week before the date.
Q: Can I have my order delivered?
A: No. Orders must be picked up so the items list can be verified/confirmed with a staff member in the store.
Q: Do you offer full service weddings(set up and customization)?
A: We discontinued this service as of 2021. We now only offer our A La Carte service.
Q: Are my target flowers guaranteed?
A: Due to seasonal availability of flowers and the uncertainty of the flower market, your target flowers are not guaranteed. Rest assured that we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
Q: When should I place my order?
A: We require a minimum two weeks notice. However, dates may fill up. We suggest ordering as soon as possible.
Q: I see an arrangement I like in your everyday store, can I order that as well?
A: Yes, couples frequently purchase one of our everyday designs for their centerpieces. Purchasing an item from our everyday store will add a shipping fee to your order. We will refund it once the order is placed. If the quantity you need is not available through the store, please call us.
Q: Can I have something custom made?
A: Bouquets in the a la carte store are customizable but not custom. Colors can be customized, but the over all look and feel will remain the same.
Q: If I send you a picture of a bouquet I found on the internet can you recreate it?
A: No. Our bouquets will look like the styles featured in our online store. We can customize the color but not the shape/feel of other florists.
Q: Do I have to pay the full amount upfront.
A: Yes, A la carte weddings must be paid in full upon booking. We require this for the simplicity of the service. It is however refundable minus a 3.0% fee.
Q: How do I know if my date is available.
A: If you date is not listed in the unavailable dates found on the shop page, then it is currently available. It may however, book up at anytime. Please note on long weekends we close Sunday-Tuesday.
Q: When I go to checkout I do not see my date listed yet.(ex 2026)
A: Our system is generally open for booking one year in advance. Ex. July 2025 will be added once July 2024 has passed.
Q: Can I add to my order after it is placed?
A: Yes you can add to (or subtract from) your order until until two weeks before your date.
Q: Do bridal and bridesmaids bouquets come with vases?
A: Yes they do!
Q: What is the earliest I can pick up?
A: Although our retail store does not open until 11am, someone is here around 8:30am. We will arrange a pick up time with you once the order is placed. We can arrange earlier pick up if needed.
Q: Can I pick up the flowers the day before my wedding?
A: Yes! Couples do this all the time. Flowers in water need to be kept in a cool place(room temperature or below) and out of direct sunlight. Flowers out of water(such as corsages) should be kept in a fridge. We do not suggest picking up your flowers more than a day in advance.
